Getting Ready for Flash on the Beach!

Today I updated the info for my session at Flash on the Beach, which is taking place in Brighton, England from Sept 20th to 23rd. If you've never been to Brighton before, it's a really beautiful seaside town, with a very scenic and famous pier. Last year the weather was great and I'm hoping it will be the same this time.

The venue is once again the Brighton Dome "theatre", which is a really amazing place. Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd have all played there. Here are some photos of Zeppelin on stage at the Dome on December 20th, 1972.

If you've never been to Flash on the Beach before, or even if you have, you should really think about attending this year. There is a great lineup of speakers and sessions and whether you're a designer or developer, or someone in between, there's tons of great stuff going on. Check it out at http://www.flashonthebeach.com/. Tickets are still available, but going fast!

So I hope to see you there, exactly 13,427 days after Led Zeppelin took the stage, when I do the same to present the latest on Flash Catalyst!

I'm sure the Catalyst preso will be just as epic as the Led Zepplin concert was ;)

I think that's a pretty fair assumption! ;-)
